c. We shall inform you our data for transfer money and we shall inform you the total amount;

d. Please notify us via email at that the amount of money has been transferred ( for the cigarette product of choice ) to our account. We shall process your order immediately only when we have confirmed the correct amount already transferred to our account.

Important Note :

You will receive an email from us shortly in reply to your email stating your cigarette product Shipment Number. With this shipment number you can check the status of your shipment.

You will receive the cigarette product 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS (~2-3 weeks) after we confirmed that there was a transfer of money from your bank to our bank account.

On special cases which very seldom happens - In case of a refund situation, we shall transfer the money back to your bank account without hesitation.
